Apply & track with Apply EdgeSenior Cost Control SpecialistSaudi ArabiaSaudi Nationals OnlySAR 14,450 per month + standard company benefitsLeading Saudi Group | Supporting ServicesWe are looking for a Senior Cost Control Specialist to join the PMO of a well-established Saudi group as it continues to strengthen and develop its Supporting Services operations.This is not simply a traditional project cost-control position. You will have exposure across operational and equipment activities, helping management understand where money is being made, where costs are increasing, how effectively assets are being utilised and where profitability can be improved.Working closely with Finance, Operations, Maintenance and PMO leadership, you'll turn financial and operational data into meaningful commercial insight and help drive better business decisions.What you'll be doingMonitor costs against approved budgets and operational targets.Analyse revenue, operating costs, maintenance/repair costs and profitability.Produce budget vs. actual, variance and profitability analysis.Monitor the monthly revenue cycle and help identify revenue leakage.Review invoicing, unbilled revenue, receivables and collection performance.Analyse equipment/asset utilisation, idle time and operational performance.Build management reports, dashboards and KPIs that provide clear visibility of business performance.Identify opportunities to improve utilisation, reduce downtime and increase profitability.Partner with Finance, Operations, Maintenance and PMO teams to improve cost and revenue control.What we're looking forMandatory:πΈπ¦ Saudi NationalBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field6β8 years' experience within cost control, revenue management and/or financial analysisProven experience with invoicing, collections and accounts receivableStrong analytical capability with experience in utilisation and profitability analysisExperience within equipment rental, fleet or another asset-intensive industry is preferred, rather than mandatory. Experience working across Finance, Operations, Maintenance and PMO functions is also advantageous. CMA, CFA or a cost/financial analysis certification would be an advantage but is not essential.
