Senior Cost Estimation

We’re Hiring | Senior Cost Estimator in RiyadhFocal Building Solutions (FBS) is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our Commercial Department.-Key Responsibilities:Analyze RFPs, scope documents, and BOQs to understand project requirements and pricing constraints.Prepare accurate project pricing using approved unit rates, cost databases, and historical benchmarks.Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor to validate quantities and prepare complete BOQs.Prepare pricing summaries and payment schedules for tender and contract submissions.Prepare draft Variation Orders and coordinate with the QS for quantity validation.Prepare and submit progress billing based on verified site quantities.Support the development and updating of cost rate sheets through market research and cost data analysis.Review and validate work prepared by Junior Cost Estimators.Maintain accurate and secure pricing records and cost documentation.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.-Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in construction cost estimation.Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, pricing, and cost estimation.Experience with estimating software and cost databases.Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.-Preferred Qualifications:Courses or certifications in BOQ Preparation & Costing.Experience in construction, fit-out, or related industries.Quick Apply or send your CV to:cv@fbs-ksa.com with the subject line: Senior Cost Estimator – Riyadh.
