Working closely with banks, payment providers, and strategic partners, the business is focused on developing innovative payment products, blockchain initiatives, and emerging digital asset capabilities within a highly regulated environment.Role ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead legal advisor on digital asset, blockchain, and payments products.Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Strategy teams on new product launches.Provide guidance on regulatory, consumer protection, privacy, and compliance matters.Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and customer-facing documentation.Monitor regulatory developments and help shape legal frameworks for emerging products.Ideal Background8+ years of legal experience, either in-house or within a top law firm.Strong fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or digital assets experience.Expertise across financial services regulation, BSA/AML, sanctions, privacy, and consumer finance.Commercially minded and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.Experience supporting innovative products in regulated environments.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $220,000-$280,000+Annual bonusEquity opportunityComprehensive healthcare coverage401(k) and retirement benefits
