With customized strategies, verified B2B data, and dedicated execution teams, Royal Acquisition enables businesses to enter new markets and scale outbound efforts effectively.Role Description The Senior Courier role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site duties and some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Courier will oversee daily delivery operations, including planning routes, coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs, and ensuring timely and secure transport of documents, parcels, and other items. This role includes supervising junior couriers, providing training on service standards and safety procedures, and resolving delivery-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The Senior Courier will collaborate with logistics and operations teams to monitor shipment status, optimize transportation resources, and maintain accurate records of deliveries. The individual will also handle customer interactions, confirm delivery details, manage special or high-priority requests, and follow company protocols for handling sensitive or time-critical materials.Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve delivery-related concerns professionally.Experience in Training team members on operational procedures, safety standards, and quality service expectations.Background in Logistics Management, including route planning, coordination of multiple deliveries, and basic inventory or shipment tracking.Hands-on experience in Transportation operations, such as managing courier routes, understanding local traffic patterns, and ensuring safe vehicle use.Experience in Food & Beverage delivery or similar time-sensitive distribution environments is an advantage.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet strict timelines.Familiarity with digital tools for delivery tracking, route optimization, and basic reporting.Valid driver’s license in the UAE and a clean driving record preferred.Previous experience in a senior courier, dispatch, or logistics coordination role is beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid setup, maintaining reliability and punctuality for on-site duties in Dubai.
