Senior Coverage, Financial Solutions (Loan Capital Markets & Syndications)

Role overviewI have been exclusively mandated by a well established regional bank to identify an experienced loan syndication professional for its corporate finance team in Dubai. This is a structured lending & syndications role with a strong emphasis on originating, structuring, executing and distributing, syndicated loans and complex financing transactions. You will need deep experience in structured finance, leveraged finance and asset backed lending, bringing strong credit expertise and the ability to manage multi lender deals end to end.The loan capital markets and syndication desk has gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years, regularly leading on domestic and regional transactions in its own right with global coverage for the right transactions. This is a genuinely exciting time to join, with strong leadership in place and real momentum building.Key responsibilitiesOriginate, structure, execute and distribute syndicated loans across corporates, real estate and development financingLead end to end deal execution, preparing information memoranda, coordinating with other banks, negotiating terms and managing documentationBring expertise in structured finance, leveraged finance and asset backed lending, including cash flow analysis and credit structuringAssess creditworthiness, lead internal approval processes and ensure risk alignmentDeliver complex, multi bank financing solutions under tight deadlinesBuild pitchbooks and termsheets, and pitch and negotiate deals with clients, advisors and peer banksSector coverageThe desk is sector agnostic. Deals come in from real estate, energy, infrastructure and beyond. This role offers breadth across industries and geographies.Who you areStrong background in syndicated lending, structured finance, leveraged finance or project financeProven ability to originate, structure, execute and distribute syndicated loans and complex financingsDeep credit analysis and structuring expertiseGCC transaction exposure is highly preferred. Whether based on the ground in the UAE or wider GCC or London, Paris or other international locations.
