SENIOR CREATIVE & SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE – E-COMMERCE

Our flagship brand, Happy Earth, is a clean-label FMCG and e-commerce brand offering organic coconut water, premium dates and gifting products.We are looking for a hands-on creative professional who can plan, design, shoot, edit and publish premium content that grows the brand and supports sales.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Create and design reels, stories, carousels, paid ads and campaign content• Plan content calendars and manage publishing across social platforms• Design website banners, product-page visuals and email creative• Shoot and edit product, lifestyle and short-form videos• Write captions, hooks, scripts and short campaign copy• Create Meta and Google ad variations for testing• Create e-commerce assets for Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo and Careem• Support campaign concepts, packaging, labels and marketing materials• Track performance and improve content based on engagement, clicks and conversionsREQUIREMENTS• Currently based in the UAE• 3–5 years of relevant experience• Strong portfolio covering social media, video, paid ads and e-commerce• Ability to independently shoot and edit reels and product videos• Strong visual judgment across typography, colour, composition and styling• Good understanding of social media trends, growth and engagement• Good copywriting skills for captions, hooks and scripts• Experience with product-led, consumer or e-commerce brands• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, founder-led teamTOOLSStrong working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma and relevant AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway or Higgsfield.PREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience in FMCG, food, beverage, wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands, including Shopify, paid advertising, product photography, marketplace creatives and packaging.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF• You only create static or template-based posts• You cannot independently shoot and edit videos• You have no product, e-commerce or paid-ad experience• You do not have a relevant portfolioHOW TO APPLYSend your CV, portfolio and the following details to hr@teraaliving.com:
