For businesses dependent on the movement of commodities and goods, changes to shipping routes, freight costs, insurance, delivery times and working-capital requirements can have a direct impact on cash flow, liquidity and ultimately credit quality. This makes specialist Corporate Credit expertise increasingly important. For a Commodity Finance lender, understanding the underlying commodity, trading flows, counterparties, jurisdictions and financing structure is critical.Equally, for Trade Finance and Real Estate lending, Credit professionals need to understand not only the numbers, but the underlying transaction, security, cash flows and risks within the corporate's business model. The strongest Credit professionals today are therefore those who can combine fundamental financial analysis with genuine sector and transaction expertise, while making well-balanced commercial decisions within the bank's risk appetite. These appointments are an important part of strengthening that capability.London | PermanentIf you have a strong Corporate Banking / Corporate Credit background and specialist experience in Commodities, Commodity Finance, Trade Finance, Real Estate or BTL, we would be very interested in speaking with you.Senior Credit Analyst: Corporate Credit + Commodities / Commodity FinanceCredit Analyst: Corporate Credit + Trade Finance and/or Real Estate / BTLClient identity will remain confidential at this stage.
