In this role, you will be responsible for driving a cash-focused mindset across the organization, managing a strategic portfolio of accounts to minimize delinquency, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the billing and commercial cycles.You will join a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to financial transformation and operational excellence, acting as a vital bridge between Finance, Sales, and our most valued customers.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Execute Strategic Collections: Independently manage a diverse portfolio of accounts by conducting customer visits and analysis to achieve monthly cash targets and reduce overdue balances.Drive Cross-Functional Resolution: Collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify and eradicate the root causes of customer disputes, ensuring long-term payment efficiency.Maintain Financial Integrity: Ensure full compliance with organizational standards by performing rigorous account reconciliations, managing receipt vouchers, and reporting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership.What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:Language & Communication: Good proficiency in English (written and spoken), paired with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for diplomatic payment discussions.Relevant Experience: Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or debt collection (preferably in a business-to-business or customer-facing environment).Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to investigate invoice discrepancies, manage dispute resolutions, and collaborate across internal teams to achieve resolutions.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, accounting software, or dedicated receivables tools.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience.Comprehensive health, wellness, for you.Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities within a global, innovation-focused organization.Ready to Shape Your Career?If you are ready to make an impact and drive financial transformation with an industry leader, apply today to join the Iron Mountain team!
