With Brexit, technology and other disruptive forces driving changes in the way goods move across borders and through the supply chain, logistics has never been more important to UK PLC.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is your chance to work cross-functionally with different departments, and make a real impact on the financial health of the business.Managing your own ledgerBuilding great relationships with colleagues and customers alikeDriving improvements in billing processes and cash collection.Training and onboarding new team membersEnsuring cash targets are achieved and debtor days reducedPreparing accurate forecasts, reports and KPIsOverseeing statements, chasing letters, direct debits, journals, refunds and write-offsProviding support to the Sales Ledger Manager by serving as the primary contact for escalated queries and offering team assistance during peak periods and staff absencesRequirementsProven experience in credit control.
