Senior Credit Controller - Delegated Authority

A well established Lloyd's syndicate is looking for someone with deep Delegated Authority expertise to take ownership of a large DA portfolio, working within a high-performing Credit Control team and reporting to the Head of Technical Reporting.This role carries real operational autonomy, and is suited to someone with extensive, hands-on experience in the Delegated Authority space, particularly around bordereaux. You'll manage designated accounts end-to-end, ensuring timely FDO signings and receipt of paid premium bordereaux, and reconciling written and paid premiums to identify and resolve outstanding balances. Using dashboard analytics to track variances, you'll be the key point of contact with Lloyd's brokers on settlement, escalating to in-person meetings where terms of trade aren't met, and will work closely with underwriting on problem accounts and remedial plans.Candidates must bring strong Lloyd's market experience specifically within Delegated Authority credit control, including a solid working knowledge of the premium settlement cycle, bordereaux processing, binding authority documentation and IMR.
