Senior Analyst - Portfolio Strategy📍 Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid) 💰$120,000-$160,000 + bonus 🏢 Fintech | Lending | Credit StrategyWe're supporting a fast-growing fintech lender that sits at the intersection of pricing, credit, analytics, and portfolio strategy.This is one of the highest-impact analytical seats in the business. You'll help determine how credit and pricing decisions are made, measure their commercial outcomes, and influence senior leadership on strategy across origination, underwriting, offers, and portfolio performance.You'll work closely with Credit, Pricing, Data Science, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to answer questions such as:What is the true economic impact of a pricing change?Which customer segments should receive different offers?How is portfolio risk evolving across vintages and cohorts?Where are the highest-value growth and automation opportunities?You'll likely have:5-8 years' experience within credit analytics, risk strategy, pricing analytics, or portfolio strategyLending, fintech, specialty finance, banking, or consumer/commercial credit experienceStrong SQL and Python (pandas)Experience with vintages, cohorts, roll rates, losses, forecasting, and portfolio performance analysisAbility to influence commercial decisions and present to senior stakeholdersDesirable:Small business lending, MCA, revenue-based finance, unsecured lendingExposure to scorecards, decision engines, pricing systemsAWS, dbt or modern AI toolingThis is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond reporting and become a genuine commercial decision-maker within a highly analytical, AI-forward business.
