With a focus on innovation and cutting-edge technology, Khazna specializes in hyperscale wholesale data centers that are at the forefront of enabling AI and other emerging technologies.We are looking for a UAEN Senior CSA Engineer to join our Data Center Implementation team. He/ she is responsible is responsible for overseeing and managing the design, construction, and quality control of all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the data centres projects. This includes ensuring that the facility is built to the highest standards in terms of safety, functionality, and compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The Senior CSA Engineer is responsible works closely with various engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the project. Develop conceptual design, space planning, and technical details of architectural and interior projects.Some of their key accountabilities will be as follows:Coordinate and supervise the work of civil, structural, and architectural teams, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks.Work with Technical Advisors and Architects of Records to review design documents, plans, and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.Supervise the construction of civil and structural elements, such as foundations, building frameworks, external and internal structures, as well as any architectural finishes or elements.Manage on-site activities to ensure quality control, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, ELV, etc.), project managers, and external contractors to ensure the project progresses smoothly and all work is integrated properly.Conduct regular inspections and audits of the construction site to ensure work is progressing according to plan and quality standards.Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to civil, structural, and architectural design and construction, including delays, budget overruns, and regulatory compliance.Ensure that the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and to the expected level of quality.Eligibility requirements and key competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering, (Master’s degree preferred).10 + years of experience in Design, Construction , Fit out works and project management.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Additional certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED, WELL) is a plus.Strong expertise in architectural design, including relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit, …) .Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, including safety, sustainability.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel within the country between different sites / offices and in the region as requiredProficiency in English, organizational and planning skills.
