🚀 Senior Customer Success Manager | £60,000-£70,000 + 20% bonus | LondonIf you're a strong CSM with genuine programmatic / AdTech experience, this could be a very good next move.I'm working with a fast-growing B2B AdTech business that is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to take ownership of some of its most important client relationships.This isn't a role where you'll be handed a huge book of accounts and expected to work through a process.You'll have real ownership, senior client exposure and a genuine opportunity to influence how Customer Success develops as the business scales.What makes this role interesting?You'll be trusted to:* Own a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients* Build relationships with senior stakeholders* Lead QBRs and client presentations* Turn campaign data into meaningful insight and recommendations* Drive retention and renewals* Identify and deliver account expansion opportunities* Work closely with Sales and internal teams* Help shape processes as the business continues to growThe key thing they're looking for is someone who can go beyond:"Here's what the data says."and instead tell a client:"Here's what this means for your business, why it matters and what we should do next."You should have:✅ 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services✅ Strong/recent programmatic, digital advertising or AdTech experience✅ Experience managing high-value or enterprise accounts✅ A track record of retention and renewals✅ Experience growing existing accounts through upsell/expansion✅ Strong presentation and QBR experience✅ Excellent communication skills and confidence with senior clients✅ A commercial mindset and genuine ownership mentalityAnd importantly, this is an individual contributor role.It's ideal for someone who wants to become an exceptional Senior CSM, own strategic relationships and have a real impact - not someone whose next move needs to be into management.The package💰 £60,000-£70,000 base💰 20% bonus currently paid quarterly when company targets are achieved📈 Bonus structure becoming even more closely linked to individual performance, retention and account growth📍 London - 3 days per week in the office🏥 Private medical🗓️ 25 days holiday💼 Pension & life assurance🚲 Cycle to work scheme🚗 Electric car salary sacrificeIf you're a polished, commercially minded CSM who knows programmatic and enjoys being the person clients genuinely trust, I'd like to hear from you.📩 Interested?We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Committed employer
