Senior Customs Manager - LCB

We are looking for a qualified Sr. Clearance Manager. The Sr. Clearance Manager ensures compliance with Customs and Participating Government Agencies while ensuring there is efficiency in the day-to-day roles of our Clearance Agents.Reporting to the Senior Director, Clearance, this position is responsible for the overall operational oversight and people leadership within the Clearance team.This role contributes to strategy development and drives organizational change initiatives with broader impact.Through cross-functional leadership and collaboration, the Sr. Manager delivers consistent team performance and service quality, strengthens internal talent through development of people leaders and manages relationships and resolves issues at pace in a high-volume environment.Onsite position in HoustonWhat’s Needed? 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a customs, freight, or logistics environmentBachelor's degree required — Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldCustoms or freight forwarding operational background strongly preferredCustoms Broker License requiredOffice-based with regular floor presenceUp to 25% travel to multiple locationsThis position requires access to secured airport areas. Selected candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, which includes passing a criminal history records check, fingerprinting, and meeting all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
