Senior CX & Growth Lead — UAE

We are looking for someone special to join us in the next chapter of LAB Experience in the UAE.Not just a salesperson.Not just a consultant.Someone who understands Customer Experience, knows the UAE and GCC market, has built strong relationships in the region — and enjoys turning ideas, connections and opportunities into real business.At LAB Experience, we are looking for a Senior CX & Growth Lead – UAE, based in Dubai, to work closely with us across our growing CX ecosystem.The role will combine:• Business development and strategic partnerships• Growth and development of our CX community initiatives (including CX Dubai)• CX consulting, advisory and transformation projects• Client engagement and relationship development• Identification of new opportunities across the UAE and, increasingly, the GCCWe’re particularly interested in speaking with someone who brings:• Senior management experience in Customer Experience, Customer Operations, Digital Transformation or related areas• Ideally 5+ years of experience in the UAE/GCC and a strong understanding of the local business environment• A solid network across relevant industries and the CX ecosystem• Exposure to CX technologies, solutions and service providers• Consulting experience or a strong advisory mindset• Excellent English; Arabic would be a strong advantage• An entrepreneurial mindset — someone comfortable building, connecting and creating, rather than simply executing a predefined roleMost importantly, I’m looking for someone with credibility, energy, relationships and an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to build something meaningful with us in this market.This is deliberately not a traditional job description.
