Senior SecOps AnalystRemote (UK Based) | £55,000-£65,000 + 20% BonusKDR Talent Solutions are exclusively supporting a global fintech and asset management organisation in the search for a Senior SecOps Analyst to join their growing Cyber Security function.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on cyber security professional who enjoys being close to the technology and making a genuine impact across a complex international business. With operations spanning multiple international markets, you'll play a key role in protecting critical systems, supporting security operations, and helping to drive security maturity across the organisation.Unlike many security roles that are heavily focused on governance or project work, this position is firmly operational. You'll work across incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing remediation, threat monitoring, and security tooling, collaborating with both internal teams and external security partners to maintain a strong security posture.The RoleAs a Senior SecOps Analyst, you'll help oversee day-to-day security operations across a diverse technology estate, ensuring threats are identified, investigated and remediated effectively.Key responsibilities will include:Investigating and responding to security alerts, incidents and emerging cyber threats.Managing vulnerability remediation activities and working with technical teams to reduce risk.Supporting incident detection, response and recovery processes.Working with security technologies including SIEM, EDR, email security and endpoint protection platforms.Coordinating internal and external penetration tests and driving remediation efforts.Producing security reports, dashboards and threat intelligence updates.Supporting the development of security monitoring use cases, detections and response procedures.Acting as a trusted security partner to technology teams and stakeholders across the business.Helping to continuously improve security operations, processes and controls.What We're Looking ForWe're keen to speak with security professionals who can demonstrate experience across:Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Security Operations environments.Incident response and security investigations.Vulnerability management and remediation.SIEM and endpoint detection technologies.Microsoft 365 and cloud-based environments.Threat detection, monitoring and analysis.Security tooling, controls and operational best practice.Working with internal stakeholders and third-party security providers.You may currently be working as a:SecOps AnalystSOC AnalystCyber Security AnalystInformation Security AnalystCyber Defence AnalystSecurity EngineerWhy Join?Fully remote role based in the UK.Salary of £55,000-£65,000.20% annual bonus.Opportunity to work within a global organisation operating across multiple markets.Exposure to modern security technologies and enterprise-scale cyber challenges.Highly visible role with strong stakeholder engagement across technology and business functions.Genuine opportunity to influence and improve cyber security capabilities across the group.If you're looking for a role where you can remain hands-on, develop your technical security expertise and make a real impact within a growing global organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
