Title: Senior Cyber Security ConsultantLocation: Bristol, HybridSalary: £65,000-£80,000 + BenefitsClearance: Active/Eligible for SC ClearanceStart: ASAPF5 are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning management consultancy that specialises in delivering technology, data and transformation solutions to organisations operating within complex and highly regulated environments.Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to help design, implement and assure security controls across cloud, infrastructure and application environments.This is a client-facing position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging programmes whilst acting as a trusted security advisor to key clients across both the Private and Public Sectors.The role will predominantly be based from their Central Bristol office on a hybrid basis, however there will be occasional travel to client site UK wide expected.Skills & ExperienceCyber Security experience within highly regulated enterprise and/or complex environments (e.g. Defence, Nuclear, Banking etc.)Strong knowledge of network security, identity & access management, endpoint protection, and cloud security (Azure preferred but will also consider AWS)Hands-on experience with SIEM technologies (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel and/or Defender)Azure security posture management, including Defender for Cloud, Secure Score, and Azure Policy.Risk assessment, threat modelling, and vulnerability management.Strong understanding of security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, Secure by Design, and Cyber Essentials.Secure system integration, API security, and DevSecOps principles.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.Experience influencing stakeholders and providing security assurance across programmes and projects.Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, Azure Security, or AWS Security certifications.Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.Benefits26 days of annual leave (+ bank holidays) increasing with tenure.Private Medical InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentQualification FundingPensionReservist LeaveIf you are interested in hearing more, please apply with your latest CV and I will be in touch with more information.
