Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Driven by excellence and continuous improvement, the company invests in its people, embraces modern manufacturing practices, and provides an environment where talented professionals can grow, contribute, and build rewarding careers.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions for OT/ICS environments, including SCADA and PLC networks.Conduct OT/ICS security assessments, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments.Develop and implement network security controls, segmentation, monitoring, and access management.Perform system hardening and security configuration for industrial systems and control networks.Manage vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation activities across OT environments.Develop and maintain OT/ICS cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security controls.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, including IEC 62443 and NCA requirements.Support cybersecurity incident response, investigation, and continuous security improvement.Collaborate with engineering, automation, IT, and operations teams to ensure secure deployment of industrial systems.Key Requirements:5–10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, with strong exposure to OT/ICS environments.Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLC networks, industrial control systems, and OT architectures.Strong knowledge of OT network security, risk assessment, system hardening, and vulnerability management.Good understanding of IEC 62443 and NCA cybersecurity requirements.Knowledge of industrial networking protocols and OT security technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 are an advantage.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.Opportunity to work on critical OT/ICS cybersecurity environments and industrial projects.Exposure to advanced cybersecurity technologies, standards, and regulatory frameworks.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative working environment.
