Senior D365 Consultant (Belgrade OR Budapest)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to join a major European organisation and play a key role in the continued development and international implementation of its D365 Finance environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced D365 Finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on functional expertise with project leadership and stakeholder management.The RoleYou will take ownership of Finance-related processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, working closely with Finance teams, IT, developers, architects and external partners across multiple countries.Your responsibilities will include:Owning and developing D365 Finance processes including GL, AP, AR and Fixed AssetsGathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions and system designsConfiguring and optimising D365 Finance modulesDriving standardisation and D365 best practicesLeading and supporting international D365 Finance implementation projectsDefining project scope, objectives and timelinesLeading internal IT project teams and coordinating external partnersActing as a trusted advisor between Finance and IT stakeholdersSupporting integrations alongside developers and solution architectsManaging and supporting UAT, training and go-live activitiesProviding second-line support and driving continuous improvementEnsuring appropriate documentation, compliance and governanceWhat We're Looking ForWe would like to speak with candidates who have:3–5+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Dynamics AXStrong functional knowledge across Finance modules including:General LedgerAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableBudgetingReportingConsolidationExperience leading or playing a senior role within international ERP projectsStrong stakeholder management experienceExperience working within complex, multi-country organisationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills across both business and technical teamsFluent EnglishGerman language skills would be a strong advantage but are not essential.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or a related discipline is preferred.
