Senior Data Administrator (Senior IT Security / IAM-PAM Specialist)Terracotta Outsourcing | UAE (On-site)At Terracotta – Driving Business Growth in Recruitment, Outsourcing & Corporate ServicesWe are a leading outsourcing company in the UAE, delivering recruitment, manpower, visa outsourcing, EOR/PEO, business setup, PRO services, and corporate solutions across the region.At Terracotta, your voice counts, your ideas matter, and your success is celebrated.We are currently looking for a Senior Data Administrator (Senior IT Security / IAM-PAM Specialist) to join an exciting government environment in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM, Identity & Access Management (IAM), IBM IAM, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), with the ability to implement, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and support enterprise security solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Design, implement, configure and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions• Manage CyberArk Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM and EPM• Manage privileged accounts, Safes, platforms, policies and access reviews• Perform account onboarding, provisioning and password rotation• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, MFA, applications, databases and network devices• Support and administer IBM IAM solutions• Implement and maintain DLP controls and policies• Investigate DLP/security incidents and support compliance reporting• Conduct access reviews, audits and remediation activities• Support vulnerability remediation, patching and security improvements• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholdersKey Requirements:• 12+ years of relevant experience in IT Security, IAM, PAM or Cybersecurity• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM• Experience with Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM and EPM• Experience with IBM IAM• Experience with DLP solutions, preferably Proofpoint DLP or similar• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, provisioning and access control• Experience with Active Directory and MFA integration• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills• Experience with security audits, compliance and access reviews• Relevant CyberArk / IAM / PAM / Cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-Time🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated CV.Terracotta OutsourcingYour Trusted Recruitment & Outsourcing Partner#TerracottaOutsourcing #Hiring #UAEJobs #DubaiJobs #AbuDhabiJobs #CyberSecurity #ITSecurity #CyberArk #IAM #PAM #DLP #InformationSecurity #HiringInUAE #JobsInUAE
