They help ambitious organisations turn emerging technology into solutions that actually work - combining great people, smart technology and increasingly powerful AI.They’re looking for a Senior AI & Data Science Consultant to take a leading role in designing and delivering AI, machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for customers.This is a fully remote, hands-on consulting role where you’ll get to build, lead and influence - from shaping the initial use case with a customer through to architecture, implementation, deployment and governance.What you’ll be doingLeading AI, machine learning and Generative AI projectsDesigning scalable AI architectures and solutionsBuilding with Microsoft Foundry, including agents, orchestration patterns and enterprise data integrationRunning AI discovery and use-case workshops with customersDeveloping machine learning and predictive modelsCreating NLP, document intelligence, OCR and conversational AI solutionsOwning model deployment, monitoring, security and governanceMentoring consultants and providing technical leadershipSupporting pre-sales, solution shaping and customer demosHelping define AI standards, architecture and best practiceWhat we’re looking forYou’ll already have strong experience delivering real-world AI and machine learning projects, ideally within a consulting or customer-facing environment.We’d particularly love to hear from people with experience across:Microsoft Foundry architecture and deliveryLLM orchestration, evaluation, security and governancePython & PySparkMicrosoft FabricGenerative AI and machine learning frameworksNLP, document intelligence and multimodal AIMLOps and Responsible AICustomer workshops and stakeholder engagementMentoring or leading technical teamsWhy join?You’ll be joining an ambitious technology business where AI is central to the future - with the opportunity to help shape how it’s delivered for customers rather than simply inheriting a playbook.Alongside a £70,000–£80,000 salary, the package includes:Fully remote workingUncapped annual leaveFitness cash contributionPension contributionLife assurance, critical illness & income protectionEnhanced maternity & paternity leaveEmployee Assistance ProgrammeBirthday lunches, team Fun Fund and moreIf you’re equally comfortable getting hands-on with AI technology and sitting in front of a customer to shape what’s possible, this could be a brilliant next move.Interested?
