Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Lead 📍 Location: Central, Singapore 💼 Contract: 2 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Lead to lead analytics delivery, develop enterprise dashboards, and provide trusted insights that support business decision-making. This role combines hands-on analytics, Power BI development, team leadership, and senior stakeholder management, with an opportunity to shape analytics standards and capabilities across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the analytics roadmap, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting priorities.Lead and mentor Data Analysts, reviewing Power BI dashboards, SQL, data models, and analytical outputs.Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions and present insights.Design and oversee Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting standards.Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure Snowflake datasets are reliable and fit for business use.Drive data governance, KPI standardization, documentation, and data literacy across the organisation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Power BI data cleaning, transformation, and dashboard/report development.Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake or similar data platforms.7–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management.2–3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Data Analysts.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.Good understanding of data governance, KPI standardisation, and enterprise reporting.Good to HavePython for data analysis/automation.Experience with data catalogues and Agile delivery.Knowledge of statistics, forecasting, or AI-assisted analytics.Why Join Us?Lead impactful enterprise analytics initiatives.Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.Shape analytics standards and mentor a team of Data Analysts.If this role sounds interesting to you, please share your updated CV in word format at mounika@rmabpo.com stating your current, expected salary and availability to take it forward.All Curriculum Vitae will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
