The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions and shaping our future. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock the power of data, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights.As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:Leading the development and execution of advanced dashboards and visualizationsConducting thorough analyses to identify business opportunities and evaluate potential risksCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and formulate data strategiesDesigning and overseeing comprehensive data models and ETL processesProviding guidance to junior analysts and promoting the adoption of analytics best practicesRequirements Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Experience with data modelling and ETL development Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis Familiarity with machine learning conceptsOther BI tools (Metabase)Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with metadata management toolsStrong business acumen and stakeholder engagementAdvanced analytical and statistical thinkingAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExcellent storytelling and presentation skillsBenefitsOffice environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.Education budget: We believe the learning journey never ends, therefore you will be entitled to an annual education budget to take part in trainings, courses or onsite conferences of your choice.Flexibility: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
