The organization is committed to high-quality, learner-centered education supported by structured and measurable outcomes.Role Description The Senior Data Analyst at 4Level1 will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to student performance, program outcomes, and operational efficiency. This full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi will involve building dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions for academic and business stakeholders. The Senior Data Analyst will design and maintain data models, develop metrics, and create visualizations to track key performance indicators. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, interpret trends, and propose improvements to programs and processes. The Senior Data Analyst will also mentor junior team members, ensure data quality, and contribute to the development of analytics best practices.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and Data Analytics experience, with a track record of turning complex data into actionable insights.Solid foundation in Statistics, including hypothesis testing, descriptive and inferential analysis, and basic predictive techniques.Proficiency in Data Modeling, including designing and maintaining data structures, schemas, and relationships for reporting and analysis.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Proven experience in a senior or lead data analyst role, preferably in education, training, or a service-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting.
