Senior Data Analyst

Role: Senior Data Analyst (Data & Insights)Location: London, UKType: FTC (Contract)Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, business opportunities, and actionable recommendations.Perform advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL.Work with large-scale datasets across cloud data platforms including GCP, Azure, AWS, BigQuery, and Databricks.Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.Develop performance reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards for business stakeholders.Measure and analyse customer journeys, digital product performance, platform health, operational KPIs, and service metrics.Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.Translate complex analytical findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Present insights through effective data storytelling to support strategic and operational decision-making.Ensure data accuracy, governance, consistency, and reporting quality across multiple data sources.Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance through analytics.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
