If you thrive in structured, high-stakes environments and love turning complex data into clear decisions, we want to hear from you.𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Dubai, UAE𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: AED 25,000 – 28,000 + BenefitsEmployment 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations- Build and optimize data models using best-practice transformation techniques to ensure consistency and reliability- Define KPI frameworks and performance reporting structures in partnership with business units- Champion data quality, governance, and accuracy standards across the organization𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role within a large or complex organization- Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices- Strong data modeling and transformation experience across structured and semi-structured environments- Prior experience with government, regulatory, or large public-sector organizations in the UAE or GCC is strongly preferred- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: This role is strictly Onsite in Dubai.
