Senior Data Analyst

You will be attached to Data Management and Business Analytics team based in Portugal. The Wealth Management Head Office Data Office's mission is to manage all topics related to Data Governance and Strategy for Wealth Management including Data Management and Protection and Data Analytics.What will you do?Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data workflows using Dataiku, covering data ingestion, transformation, and model deployment across wealth portfoliosBuild and own a suite of Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver real-time Assets Under Management (AUM), performance, and risk insights to senior stakeholdersChampion a data driven culture by mentoring junior data analysts and contributing to best practices documentation and internal trainingCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ensure data quality, governance and compliance standards are upheld across all wealth data assetsSupport regulatory and audit reporting requirements by maintaining traceable, well documented pipelines and data lineage recordsWhat are we looking for?Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within the banking or financial services sectorProficiency in Data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau), Data ModellingProficiency in Dataiku or Alteryx or SAS or Domino or programming in Python, SQL, among othersEnglish - ExpertAdaptability, autonomy, proactivity, organized with the ability to multi-tasksResult-driven, constantly looking for ways to improve your performanceAbility to collaborate/Teamwork in a collaborative / transversal wayAbility to share and to communicate with different stakeholders (Information Technology (IT)/Non-IT)What can you expect from us?A permanent job contract for a long term project;Tech equipment + SIM Card + personal smartphone;Health and Life Insurance;Social events and team buildings;The commitment of letting you grow with us, and be rewarded accordingly;A dynamic and young team that will be always there to support you;Training in the latest technologies;Coffee, fruits, snacks and a warm welcoming when you pass by the office.
