Senior Data AnalystUp to £55,000 – 2 year FTC – London (hybrid 2 days per week)I am working with a well-known organisation that is investing heavily in data, analytics and digital transformation. As part of a major programme to modernise its technology landscape, they are building a Microsoft Fabric powered data platform and are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help drive insight-led decision making.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst to work with a wide range of business and commercial data, helping stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities and make better decisions. You will work closely with business leaders, Data Engineers and BI specialists to develop trusted datasets, build meaningful reporting solutions and deliver actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and insight requirementsDevelop dashboards, reports and visualisations in Power BI that support business decision-makingAnalyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across the organisationCreate and maintain trusted datasets, measures and semantic models within Microsoft FabricPresent insights and recommendations to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport the ongoing development of a data-driven culture through self-service analytics and best practiceContribute to the continued evolution of the organisation's modern data and analytics platformSkills & ExperienceStrong Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query and data modellingExperience working with Microsoft FabricStrong SQL skills and experience working with data from multiple systemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsUnderstanding of data quality, governance and reporting best practiceWhat's on OfferSalary up to £55,000Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)Generous holiday allowanceStrong pension schemeOngoing learning and development opportunities
