Team members see their work reach production rapidly and have a direct impact on customers’ financial lives.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to analyze user behavior, transaction data, and operational metrics to inform product decisions and business strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining dashboards, building data models, performing exploratory and statistical analyses, and translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders. The role involves defining and tracking key performance indicators, designing experiments and A/B tests, and improving data quality and governance across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst is expected to take end-to-end ownership of analytics projects in a fast-paced environment, turning complex data into actionable insights that directly influence Earnifi’s product and growth.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and drive decision-making.Proficiency in statistics and statistical analysis for experiments, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.Experience with data modeling and working with relational databases or data warehouses.Effective communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Hands-on experience with SQL and one or more analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, dbt, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Background in fintech, financial services preferred.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
