Our mission is simple—use innovation, data, and clinical excellence to help people live pain-free.We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who loves solving problems with data.This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just build reports—they ask the right questions, uncover insights, automate processes, and drive better business decisions.What you'll do:📊 Build dashboards and leadership reports that drive decision-making📈 Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights🛠 Write advanced SQL queries and automate reporting using Python📉 Develop and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)🔄 Improve data pipelines, reporting workflows, and data quality🤝 Partner with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadershipWhat we're looking for:✔️ 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics✔️ Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel✔️ Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase✔️ Understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data governance✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills✔️ A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to fix
