RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with the stakeholders to define the business problem, scope, and criteria, and to validate and interpret the data mining outcomes. • Supporting the data engineer in identifying and revising reporting requirements • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, objectives, and challenges. • Analyze business requirements, document (User Story), data mapping and dataflow. • Gather data from various sources, ensuring data completeness for serving business need. • Analyzing collected data and putting it into a format that others can easily interpret. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data mining solutions into business processes. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers. • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution • Interpreting and communicating data findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner REQUIREMENTS • Data Warehouse implementation & maintenance • Advanced SQL development, performance tuning, and data modeling • SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL development and maintenance • Data integration, transformation, and reporting solutions • Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver analytics requirements • Advanced Life Insurance knowledge domain BENEFITS • 13th Salary + Performance Bonus. • Pass Probation Bonus. • Premium healthcare insurance benefits (PVI Insurance package) and family medical benefit (based on the level of experience). • Provide the famous e-learning platform-Udemy, to encourage continuous learning to adapt to the T shape model. • Flexible working time: only 8 hours required as continual working-time at the office. • Annual leave up to 17 days: 12 days paid leave + 5 days’ sick leave. • Professional and Personal Development Training Programs. • 4 Stars standard company trip in summer and a big annual Year-End-Party. • Coffee and snacks provided. • Holiday celebrations and parties for team members and family.
