Job DescriptionSenior Data AnalystLocation: St. Louis, MOClearance: Secret clearedThe Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in the application migration team by leveraging data to drive informed decision-making throughout the migration process. This position is responsible for compiling and analyzing complex datasets, maintaining comprehensive reports, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. The Senior Data Analyst works within Agile frameworks to support the team's data-driven approach to application assessment, migration planning, and post-migration evaluation.Key Responsibilities:Collect and consolidate data from various sources related to application performance, usage, and migration progressEnsure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all datasetsConduct in-depth analysis of application data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issuesPerform statistical analysis to support decision-making in the migration processDesign and create comprehensive reports on various aspects of the migration projectDevelop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insightsMaintain and update regular reports on migration progress, performance metrics, and KPIsCreate compelling visual representations of data findings using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similarPresent data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop and deliver presentations on migration analytics to various levels of the organizationConduct pre- and post-migration comparisons to evaluate the success of migration effortsProvide data-driven insights to support decision-making at all levels of the projectDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the migration projectDevelop metrics to measure the success and efficiency of the migration processCreate and maintain scorecards to track progress against project goalsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)Collaborate with Product Owners to define and refine data-related user storiesRequirements:Bachelors degreeYears of Experience: 5-8Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Requirements:Bachelors degreeYears of Experience: 5-8Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
