This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, design, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support business needs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable visualizations.Implement data models and data integration solutions using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures.Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Optimize and enhance existing Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and troubleshooting.Work with both on-premise and cloud-based data sources to create comprehensive BI solutions.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making.Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI.Communicate effectively with non-technical users to explain complex data concepts and BI solutions.Create user documentation for BI solutions to facilitate end-user understanding and adoption.Preferred SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.6 - 10 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, minimum 4 years developing and building visualizations using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, SSAS Tabular Models.Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Fine Report, or similar platforms.Proficiency in DAX is a must.Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven hands-on experience on the tools / technologies below is a must:Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service and Power BI PremiumMicrosoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).Why Work with us?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects impacting enterprise-scale systemsBeing part of a Dynamic and Supportive Environment focused on Employee WellnessGain International Exposure and Multicultural ExperienceLearn from a Diversified Team of experts across the world
