قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجApplicants MUST hold a Baseline security clearance and MUST be located in CanberraKey duties and responsibilitiesThe Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:Analysing business processes, systems, data flows and operational requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation;Eliciting, documenting and validating business, functional and non-functional requirements through engagement with business and technical stakeholders;Developing business process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories and other analysis artefacts to support project delivery;Analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, risks and opportunities that support informed decision-making;Conducting systems analysis to assess the impact of proposed changes, enhancements and new business requirements;Producing and maintaining high-quality business and technical documentation, including requirements specifications, process models, system designs and reporting materials;Supporting the design and implementation of new or improved business processes, systems and services to meet organisational objectives;Collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, architects and testing teams to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and business outcomes;Identifying, analysing and managing risks, issues, dependencies and constraints relating to business processes, data and system functionality;Assisting in the development and execution of testing activities, including test planning, user acceptance testing and defect management;Monitoring and reporting on project progress, requirements status and business impacts to stakeholders and governance forums;Supporting data quality, data governance and information management activities to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems;Facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder consultations to gather requirements, validate findings and build consensus;Providing advice and recommendations on system enhancements, process improvements and business transformation initiatives;Supporting change management and implementation activities, including stakeholder engagement, training support and transition planning; andContributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, system performance, data management practices and service delivery outcomes.The Specified Personnel will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:Technical specificationsTechnical designs and matrixesArchitectural documentsSystem design specificationsWork flows, events, and sequence diagramsUML (Universal Mark-Up Language) chartsEnvironment context DefinitionsUnit Test PlansEssential criteria1. Business intelligence level 2 - Assists with the creation of regular business intelligence reports using standard tools. Supports data preparation from existing sources.2. Business situation analysis level 4 - Investigates business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.Adopts holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.Contributes to the selection of the approach and techniques to be used for business situation analysis.Conducts root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements. Engages and collaborates with operational stakeholders.3. Data communication level 2 - Can develop and deliver effective narrative to communicate insights drawn from a range of data sources and outputs Can comfortably question data and results they are presented, and answer technical questions relating to their data, relevant to the audience Can communicate effectively between technical and non-technical experts across data production, management, or use, including clients, managers and data professionals Can effectively communicate the relationship between the data and the context in which it is used4. Identify research questions level 2 - Can identify and structure relevant research questions for specific needs, and develop the approach and specific measures to resolve those questions5. Programming/software development level 2 - Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors simple programs/scripts.Applies agreed standards, tools and basic security practices to achieve a well-engineered result.Reviews own work.6. Visualise data level 1 - Can interpret basic data visualisations like standard charts and explain them to others Can create basic visualisations such as tables and graphsRequired criteria1. Business Analysis and Stakeholder EngagementDemonstrated experience eliciting, analysing and validating business, functional and non-functional requirements, and facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders to support data, intelligence, risk and operational outcomes.2. Data and Systems AnalysisExperience analysing business processes, data flows, system integrations and operational requirements, including producing process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, requirements documentation and impact assessments to support complex enterprise environments.3. Solution Delivery and Governance SupportExperience supporting system enhancements and business transformation initiatives through requirements management, testing activities, risk identification, data governance, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.Position Available: Senior Data Analyst - Encore IT Services
