Responsibilities

Design, build, test and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Highcharts where final reports will be in Japanese languageDevelop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and evaluate dataPerform in-depth data analysis and research to support business and data engineering teamsPartner with business and technology teams to translate reporting requirements into dashboard and data solutionsCreate specifications documentation, test plans for validating reportsInvestigate, track, and resolve data issues independentlyDevelop foundational data documentation, including mappings, calculations, and quality thresholdsUnderstand how reports should be built for non-English audience (Japanese Language)Technical Skills:8+ years of experience as a Data AnalystTableau and Highcharts (dashboard design and development)SQL (advanced query development and data extraction), requiredJavaScript (a plus)Experience working with varied data types and formats (XML, flat files, delimited)Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and AI-assisted workflowsStrong research and problem-solving skills; able to work independently with minimal guidanceStrong attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skills📍Location: Candidates must be based in Romania.*Only eligible candidates will be contacted for further information and start of the recruitment process.
