About the roleAs a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, interpreting the results, and providing insights to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.Key responsibilitiesCollect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insightsDevelop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to ensure data accuracy and integrityCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data insightsIdentify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for optimizing business operationsAutomate business intelligence for business insights, trend spotting for business decision makingStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analysis techniques and toolsProvide ad hoc analysis and reports as neededAbout youBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate business insightsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and working with relational databasesExperience with Power BI and familiarity with Python for data analysis and visualizationStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights to stakeholdersSelf-motivated team player who can manage priorities, adapt to change, and maintain data confidentiality
