Location: HybridCompensation: $125,000 - $145,000 / yearDescriptionTeleSolv is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support Government data analysis and report development initiatives.

This role will focus on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through advanced analytics, dashboard development, data pipeline management, and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and leadership to deliver decision-ready intelligence that supports organizational performance and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions.Design and support ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data integration.Collect, validate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for Government leadership and stakeholders.Support data quality, accessibility, governance, and reporting automation initiatives.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and service leads to integrate analytics into broader organizational initiatives.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseProject Management Professional (PMP)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)ITIL v3Expert-level data analysis and business intelligence capabilities.Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development.Strong SQL and data pipeline development experience.Ability to convert complex technical findings into clear, actionable reports for executive and non-technical audiences.Experience supporting analytics-driven decision making and organizational performance improvement.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills.About TeleSolv:Join the TeleSolv Team on our mission to provide quality and unparalleled service to our clients. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories.
