Senior Data Analyst | London | HybridAre you a Senior Data Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, running experiments and turning data into decisions? We’re working with a fast-growing technology company operating in the last-mile delivery space, looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help improve courier performance and operational excellence.What you’ll be doing:

• Use advanced SQL to analyse complex datasets
• Design and evaluate experiments to understand what actually works
• Build segmentation, performance metrics and analytical frameworks
• Analyse behavioural and operational data to identify opportunities
• Work closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Operations
• Own analytical projects from problem definition through to recommendation and implementation
• Help shape how courier performance and quality are measured and improvedWe’re looking for:
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with experimentation or A/B testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with segmentation and behavioural analysis
• Someone comfortable working autonomously and owning problems end-to-end
