With a talented team of nearly 4,000 local and international technology experts, VSF focuses on creating high-utility technologies that enhance lives and connect data, models, and infrastructure to unlock new possibilities.Main TasksPartner with Product Managers to define and implement event tracking for the Chat App, both pre- and post-launch.Build core product metrics and dashboards, including activation, retention, engagement, funnel conversion, churn, and more.Contribute hands-on to data preparation, data modeling, and data quality checks as needed.Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and the Data Platform team to ensure robust, scalable data pipelines.Proactively investigate root causes of performance variation through analysis and experimentation.Work with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Data Platform teams to resolve launch issues, product performance problems, and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable reports and insights to leadership.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst; experience in a digital product, app, or tech environment is strongly preferred.Proficient in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization on large datasets).Experience analyzing product metrics (funnel, retention, cohort, LTV, etc.).Proficient in at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Working knowledge of Python or R for data processing and analysis.Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals: ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data quality, and data lineage.Experience with data warehouse/lakehouse platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) is a strong plus.Prior experience with high-traffic app/chat/social products is a strong advantage.Strong product mindset, able to translate business problems into analytical requirements.Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-change environment (typical of a launch phase).Strong communication and data storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating under launch-phase pressure.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.BenefitsAttractive compensation and bonus packages, highly competitive in the market.Exclusive employee benefits across the Group’s ecosystem in accordance with company policies.Opportunity to work on large-scale and strategic technology projects.Professional technology environment with leading scientists, experts, and engineers from top technology companies in Vietnam and around the world.Free access to learning platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, and O’Reilly; internal workshops; sponsorship for professional certifications; and exclusive mentoring programs from the Group and Company leadership team.Full statutory insurance coverage in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance), along with private healthcare insurance based on job grade and annual health check-ups at reputable hospitals and healthcare centers nationwide.Participation in internal activities, team-building programs, and annual company events.Working hours:Flexible check-in 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM & check-out 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM (Monday - Friday & 2 remote Saturdays/month.)
