Join Us.Envu is proud to be certified as a Top Employer 2026 in France and the United StatesFUNCTION: CFOLOCATION: Lyon, FranceJOB TYPE: PermanentJOB GRADE: 6GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Join the Finance Data Analytics team to enhance data analysis and visualization tools to drive financial strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and provide critical insights that support key business decisions.Focus on leveraging the capabilities of our Azure Data lake, Databricks and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate) to enhance our reports, process automation, and custom business applications.Provide dedicated support to the Marketing team by developing and maintaining reporting solutions, translating business needs into data-driven insights, and acting as a strategic business partner to support decision-making and performance management.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Design, develop and maintain complex Power BI dashboards for decision-making while taking into account the needs from the different stakeholders (Finance, Business, Marketing…).Build and maintain data pipelines and transformation workflows using Python, SQL and Databricks (notebooks, workflows, applications…) to industrialize data processing.Perform data modeling, transformation and analytics using Python, SQL and DAX.Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and systems using insights derived from data analysis and automation projects.Develop custom business applications using Databricks, integrating with various data sources and APIs to fulfill unique business requirements.Actively contributing to the expertise level and competencies of the Finance Data & Analytics teamCollaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in reporting workflows.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Analytics. Experience in Finance or Marketing is a strong plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a proven experience in data modelling and data visualization.Experience in writing scripts, and queries using Python and SQL.Expertise in Databricks is a strong plus.Experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot in Fabric/Power BI, Databricks AI/BI Genie, Claude) to accelerate data exploration and reporting is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
