Senior Data Analyst

About the RoleAs a Senior Analyst, Data Analysis, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that help business teams make informed decisions. You will work with large and diverse data sources, develop reporting solutions, create dashboards, and support data quality initiatives.This role requires strong analytical skills, technical capability, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data insights.Key ResponsibilitiesMine and analyze complex, high-volume, and diverse data sources using open-source and digital technologies.Build and maintain data solutions, tools, and self-service analytics capabilities.Develop dashboards, reporting tools, metrics, and data visualization solutions.Partner with business teams to translate requirements into analytics solutions.Provide insights that support business strategies and risk management initiatives.Apply data quality management principles, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.Collaborate with technology teams on data security mechanisms and access governance.Build tools to monitor and report data quality.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as:StatisticsEconomicsOperations ResearchAnalyticsMathematicsComputer ScienceRelated quantitative disciplinesAt least 2 years of experience in data analytics.At least 1 year of experience using a scripting language.At least 1 year of experience with business intelligence visualization tools.At least 1 year of experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages/platforms.Experience working with SQL/data warehouses and unstructured data.Experience developing or utilizing AWS services.Good-to-Have QualificationsMaster’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline.Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Experience with data governance, data quality management concepts, and data quality tools such as Informatica DQ.Experience building and supporting data quality solutions.
