Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Data Analytics professional to transform enterprise data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and AI-driven healthcare innovation.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Governance, and Data Scientists to develop analytics solutions, executive dashboards, semantic models, and data products that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics & Data InsightsPartner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, define KPIs, and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, business opportunities, and actionable insights.Define and manage enterprise KPIs, business metrics, and performance indicators for executive reporting and operational management.Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and decision-making.Dashboard, Semantic Modeling & Power BIDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.Build and maintain semantic models, reusable business metrics, and KPI frameworks to ensure consistent reporting across the organization.Optimize Power BI datasets, data models, DAX measures, report performance, and user experience.Implement row-level security (RLS), workspace governance, and report lifecycle management following enterprise standards.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across dashboards and analytical reports.Data Product & Self-Service AnalyticsDevelop reusable analytical datasets and Data Products supporting BI, AI/ML, and enterprise applications.Promote self-service analytics by enabling trusted datasets, semantic models, and standardized business metrics.Collaborate with Data Engineers to design analytical data models and optimize data availability for reporting and analytics.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Governance, and Data Scientists to deliver enterprise analytics solutions.Support data quality validation, business rule definition, metadata documentation, and governance initiatives.Research and adopt modern analytics technologies, AI-assisted analytics, and visualization best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines.Mid: Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Analysis.Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience delivering enterprise analytics and executive reporting solutions.Experience working with enterprise-scale Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, or modern analytics platforms.Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and business reporting.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, Semantic Models, and Dashboard Development.Experience designing executive dashboards, operational dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting.Understanding of Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Mart, Semantic Layer, and enterprise data architecture.Familiarity with Python and AI-assisted analytics is an advantage.Good understanding of Data Quality, Metadata, Master Data, and Data Governance.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Healthcare, Hospital Information Systems (HIS, EMR, LIS, PACS), Healthcare Analytics, or Financial Services.Experience building Executive Dashboards, Operational Dashboards, Customer/Patient 360, or enterprise management reporting.Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives or collaborating with Data Science teams.Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
