Senior Data Analyst

This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets related to restaurant operations, customer behavior, and business performance. The Senior Data Analyst will design and maintain data models, build dashboards and reports, and translate complex findings into clear insights for business stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for process optimization, supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. The role also involves mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practices in data governance and analytics.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to business problems.Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and working with relational databases or data warehouses.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Experience in multi-location retail, F&B, or hospitality environments is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in the Hanoi Capital Region, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
