Senior Data Analyst (Fully Remote)

The Role We NeedPadSplit runs on data, from Growth and Operations to Product and Finance, and we need someone who can turn that data into clear, trustworthy decisions. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own analyses end to end, build durable reporting infrastructure, and help shape how the company measures its business. This person will work daily across our modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, and Hex) to answer high-impact questions and raise the analytical bar across the team.The Person We Are Looking ForWe're looking for someone with 5+ years of analytics experience who is equally comfortable writing expert-level SQL and translating ambiguous business questions into rigorous, well-documented analysis. This person is a strong communicator who can defend their methodology to technical and non-technical audiences alike, and who brings sound judgment about when to lean on AI tools versus when to verify.
