قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the JobIT Data AnalystJeddah, Saudi ArabiaThe OpportunityTSC is partnering with a leading organization to identify an experienced IT Data Analyst to join its Information Technology team in Jeddah.Reporting to the BI & Analytics Director, the IT Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights, developing advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to AI-enabled analytics initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for a data analytics professional with strong Power BI and SQL expertise, hands-on experience in business intelligence and data visualization, and exposure to Microsoft Fabric and AI-powered analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.Collect, prepare, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports across functions including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and other business areas.Develop datasets, measures, dataflows, and data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.Apply DAX and Power Query (M) for data transformation and analytical calculations.Monitor data quality, consistency, and accuracy and support data governance initiatives.Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and IT teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and reporting performance.Standardize visuals, KPIs, and data definitions across Power BI reporting.Support self-service BI and enable business users to leverage standardized datasets.Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and identify opportunities for performance optimization.Document data sources, analytical methodologies, report specifications, and BI assets.Provide analytical support for ad-hoc business requirements and strategic BI initiatives.Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI AI capabilities, including Copilot and natural-language querying, to enhance data exploration, reporting, and productivity.Validate AI-generated insights and outputs to ensure accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with approved KPIs.Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and analytical activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related IT field.Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, data visualization, and BI reporting.Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboards, datasets, dataflows, measures, and report development.Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.Experience with data modeling and data preparation techniques.Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, OneLake, and Data Pipelines, and their integration with Power BI.Exposure to AI-assisted analytics, Power BI Copilot, natural-language querying, or reporting automation.Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and modeling is an advantage.Experience with Tableau or Looker is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst AssociateMicrosoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) is a plus.
