Senior Data AnalystLondon | Hybrid | £90,000 + Up to 40% Bonus + Excellent BenefitsShape Commercial Decisions Through DataWe're partnering with a leading London Market insurer investing heavily in the next generation of Data & Analytics.This is an opportunity to join a high-performing central analytics team that's moving beyond traditional reporting to deliver insight that directly influences underwriting, pricing, claims and portfolio strategy.Working alongside senior business stakeholders, you'll become a trusted analytics partner, turning complex commercial challenges into data-driven decisions while helping shape the future of analytics across the organisation.What You'll Be DoingPartner with Underwriting, Claims and Exposure teams to deliver commercial insight.Build advanced Power BI dashboards and decision-support tools.Influence pricing, portfolio optimisation and business performance.Deliver end-to-end analytics projects from discovery through to deployment.Champion Power BI best practice, governance and engineering standards.Work closely with Data Engineering to shape semantic models and data products.Introduce AI and automation into analytics workflows.Mentor analysts and help raise technical standards across the team.What We're Looking ForStrong experience within Data Analytics or BI.London Market insurance experience (Lloyd's, MGA, Broker or Specialty Insurer).Advanced SQL and Power BI (DAX, data modelling, Power Query).Experience working with Azure data platforms and modern BI environments.Excellent stakeholder management and commercial communication skills.Desirable: Microsoft Fabric, Python, dbt, Azure DevOps, Git, AI/LLM tooling.Why Apply?✔ Up to £85,000 basic salary✔ Up to 40% annual bonus✔ Hybrid working✔ High-profile role with direct exposure to Underwriting leadership✔ Opportunity to influence AI adoption and modern analytics practices✔ Join a business where Data is becoming a genuine strategic differentiatorIf you're looking for a role where your work influences business decisions, not just reports, we'd love to hear from you.APPLY NOW!!
