Senior Data Analytics Manager | Databricks

Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analytics and customer insights initiatives to support strategic decision-making.Analyze customer, campaign, sales, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations.Develop and enhance dashboards, KPI reporting, and management insights using Power BI.Leverage Databricks and modern data platforms to drive scalable analytics solutions and process automation.Partner with business, digital, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.Lead analytics projects and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement in data and reporting capabilities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Insights, or related fields.Strong hands-on data analytics skills with advanced SQL and experience working with large data sets.Proven expertise in Databricks and Power BI.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.Experience within insurance or financial services is highly preferred.Knowledge of Python, data modelling, and cloud-based analytics platforms is a plus.
