This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Data Centre Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning of major greenfield data centre developments across multiple campuses whilst influencing global best practice. The Role As a Data Centre Commissioning Manager, you will take ownership of commissioning strategy, planning and delivery across complex hyperscale facilities. You will work closely with construction, operations, consultants, contractors and customers to ensure successful project execution and readiness milestones are achieved. You will also contribute to the development of global commissioning standards, reporting frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Be DoingLead commissioning programmes for large-scale greenfield data centre projects.Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules and delivery strategies.Manage commissioning activities through structured stage-gate processes.Coordinate with construction teams, general contractors and specialist consultants.Review mechanical and electrical testing procedures, including FAT and functional performance testing.Monitor project progress, risks and commissioning readiness milestones.Produce detailed commissioning reports and customer-facing project updates.Present progress and delivery status to senior stakeholders and key customers.Manage commissioning consultants, vendors and external resources.Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term commissioning pipeline planning.Drive lessons learned reviews and vendor performance improvement programmes.Develop globally applicable commissioning procedures and best-practice documentation.What You'll Need10+ years' experience in Data Centre Commissioning or mission-critical environments.Strong commissioning experience across electrical and mechanical infrastructure.Experience working on hyperscale, colocation, critical facilities or large infrastructure projects.Previous leadership experience managing commissioning teams, consultants or contractors.Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience producing technical reports, commissioning documentation and project updates.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is highly desirable.What's In It For You?Base salary of up to $293,000 depending on experience.Performance-related bonus opportunity.Long-term career progression within a global market leader.Exposure to some of the largest and most complex data centre developments in the world.Opportunity to influence global commissioning standards and methodologies.Significant stakeholder exposure and strategic project ownership.Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, life assurance, retirement planning and generous paid leave.Collaborative and innovation-driven culture.Why Apply?
