Senior Data Consultant

Job description:We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Senior Data Analyst at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team.The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams: Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website/app metrics for Upper Funnel, middle Funnel and Lower funnel experiences. Collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple LOBs and functions. Translate businessrequirements into understanding key KPIs that can help guide decision making. Create site performance dashboards in a product analytics tool like Adobe Analytics (or similar tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.). Develop Data-driven hypothesis and make recommendations on improve site engagement,conversion and other metrics. Define requirements for business dashboards to be created in Tableau. Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data-warehouses and understand the trends/drivers of those metrics. Lead and participate in daily standup meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those. Lead and participate in WBR/MBRs to present and discuss business trends Hire, develop and mentor junior data analysts in the team Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes.Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:Background Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing role. Knowledge of Product Analytics tools like Netspring /Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Amplitude etc. Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau. Experience with A/B testing is preferredSkills Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus. Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them. Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence andnegotiateThe role offers a very attractive compensation (Base + Bonus) and is based out ofGurugram.
