Direct Hire - Hybrid (Must be local to Atlanta, Georgia)No C2C Green Card or US Citizenship requiredThis role is responsible for designing enterprise analytics solutions, developing scalable data and semantic models, and translating business requirements into actionable reporting and decision-support capabilities.Job DutiesPartner with business and technology stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, business metrics, and data definitionsDesign and deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, data visualization, and analytics solutionsDevelop and maintain analytical data models, semantic models, dimensional models, reporting datasets, and reusable analytics assetsBuild scalable solutions supporting standardized reporting and self-service analyticsWrite, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysisPerform data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and reliable analyticsLead analytics initiatives through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing supportProvide technical guidance on analytics architecture, development standards, data governance, and solution designSkills & ExperienceRequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of professional experience with business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data visualization5+ years of experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical reporting, analytics, or data solutions3+ years of experience designing analytical data models, semantic models, dimensional models, and reporting datasets3+ years of experience with enterprise BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable technologies2+ years of experience using Python, R, or similar technologies for data analysis, automation, profiling, or advanced analyticsExperience with data warehousing, cloud-based data platforms, data validation, profiling, reconciliation, and enterprise data managementDesiredExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or comparable cloud analytics platformsExperience developing self-service analytics solutions within an enterprise environmentExperience with enterprise data governance, regulatory reporting, risk management, or compliance-driven data environmentsExperience leading analytics initiatives and reviewing technical analytics solutionsMicrosoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or comparable certificationMaster's degree in a related technical or analytical disciplineBlue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
